Architect and designer, Panton studied at the Royal Danish Academy in Copenhagen and worked as an associate with Arne Jacobsen.
Paulin studied stone carving and clay modeling at the Ecole Camondo in Paris. In the early fifties, he began designing furniture for Thonet and in 1958, became the main designer for Artifort.
Born in 1947. A- level G.G.E. in sciences and degree in architecture at the Politecnico in Milan. He started working as product designer in 1978, together with Davide Mercatali.
From 1919 to 1921 Jean Prouvé trained as a blacksmith and in 1923 he opened his first workshop in Nancy where he designed modern steel chairs.
Dieter Rams studied architecture and interior design at Wiesbaden Arts and Crafts School from 1947 to 1953.
