About

Dressing table, designed 1936/37 by Prof. Hans Hartl for the World Exhibition Paris 1937, manufactured by Deutsche Werkstätten Hellerau. The piece is part of the bedroom furniture program 41920 (later, slightly varied, 420). The furniture of this series is extremely rare and almost never on the market. They are not only interesting for collectors of German furniture design, but are also absolutely suitable for everyday use.

The dressing table is made of high-gloss lacquered mahogany (maple inside). The metal parts are chrome-plated. Its condition is very good, with only slight signs of wear.
