A high desk from the Action Office program + a pair of stools, model Perch, American design by George Nelson for Herman Miller / Vitra. Both object designed before 1964. High desk with subframe of chrome-plated cast aluminium, side parts of wood varnished in grey, tabletop laminated in light grey, shutter cover of dark wood. There are three small plastic drawers with wooden front in the front. Marked with pasted labels. W. 126cm, H. 111cm, D. 81cm. The Perch stools have a height-adjustable, swivel subframe of chrome-plated metal, fitted with casters, covers of orange-colour fabric by Alexander Girard. Underside marked with pasted label. W. 65cm, H. 99-107cm, SH. 74-82cm, D. 65cm. Minor wear on the stools. The high desk shows wear commensurate with age, scuffed on the sides, the subframe has a minor part broken out (almost entirely hidden by the foot rest). There is a key, but the lock does not lock.
