Weil am Rhein
The architect and designer Alvar Aalto (1898-1976) was one of the most important proponents of organic design in the twentieth century. His architecture continues to captivate with its natural materials and sculptural, curved forms. The exhibition provides comprehensive insights into Aalto’s oeuvre, presenting his most significant buildings, furniture and lighting designs and exploring the inspirations that shaped his work.

Mabele, brand of the Italian MA-BO, is looking for original solutions for metal bookshelves that might be hung on the walls just like pictures. The proposals should be able to adorn an empty wall characterising the surrounding environment in a different way with respect to the classical aesthetic canons. Awards: 1st: €1000 + royalties contract. Mabele reserves the right to select more than one winner in case the projects satisfy the Client needs, in which event it will grant a further royalties contract. Participation is free of charge and open to all creative people (at least 18 years old).
