| The Design Institution is an organization created to help develop and promote design through their web site, inviting designers, both professionals and students, from the entire world to share their ideas and designs through different events and competitions.

Their latest international design competition “The Designers Workstation – 2008” will start on January 15th and will be aimed at designing the ideal work station for the designer of the XXI century. Competitors will be able to choose the area of design of their proposal: industrial design, interior design, architectural design, fashion design, etc.
Entries will be evaluated by the jury, which is conformed by an internationally recognized group of designers:
