Land Carpet by Florian Pucher

Designed by Florian Pucher, Land Carpet is is a rug inspired by nature and farmed landscapes. Based on satellite images, it shows the world from above, as we usually see it only out of the window of a plane.
Land Carpet is hand-tufted from New Zealand wool.

Nice finish. Looks to much like "color by number". Looks like Chinese. They are not sophiticated rug makers.

I don't prefer Chinese rugs. To much like "color by number". Not very
sophiticated. I bet 30 Chinese tufted this rug. Cheap way to make
rugs. The rug does have a nice finish. I bet it was not hand sheared though.

Looks very cool to me, especially the Netherlands. I can imagine how soft it must feel. Sophisticated or not, this is definately a high pile carpet with a great feel for colors.
