I had a similar experiance with NEWAGE LIVING in Manchester last spring. They immediately charged my credit card. Then a person pretained, that delivery to SWITZERLAND is not possible. As I could not get myself the furniture from Germany, they first said, they would refund the amount of appr. sFr. 1300.-. Now it is 8 months later and I am still missing the money. I strongly advuse You not to order from them.
