I thought about the bertoia chairs and I agree, but I and having a tough time selling my girlfriend on those chairs because thinks the wire makes the chair looks too uncomfortable. I tell her they sell pads with then but she think those pads might not be enough. I am concern with the base of these chairs scratching the base of the tulip table. As for Panton, HM makes a crappy looking orange-red. So a am pretty much turned off them. But my girl thinks we should hold out until they come out with the Ltd edition Tomato Red. The bellini chair just do not look right for that table. In my opinion th right angles of that chair create unnecessary tension for the two of them. How about the Tom Vac Chairs? or the Eames Eiffel Chairs?
