I would love to have it framed but am worried about damaging the wool fibers with an adhesive if I mount it. I wouldn't be doing the work myself, but I don't want to devalue the piece. I have no intention of ever selling it, but would hate to do something to it that would degrade it in any way. It would be great though for it to be mounted/hung in such a way that it is perfectly flat on the wall. Anyway, thanks for the input.
