They very quickly posted a charge to my card, but then offered excuses for their delays for several months. Eventually they said that they could not ship my order to me. Eventually they offered a full refund. After several weeks a credit appeared on my account, however the amount that they credited was significantly less than the original charge. Artemia stopped responding to my email as I attempted to resolve the problem.
