Please excuse me for stating the obvious, as I am not really sure where you are in terms of modern furniture knowledge. The original design is by Eero Saarinen for Knoll. However, there are many knock-offs, including whatever it is you have here, which I agree, looks to be Burke. By the shell shape at least it looks like Burke, the stem of the base seems wide to me, but could be the angle... That being said, Burke did not "design" these per se. They are a furniture manufacturer, and one of the better known makers for making knock-offs during this period - and primarily knock-offs of Saarinen designs. Another possibility is a company called Arkana. SO Saarinen is the designer, but these are an inferior, not true to the design, knock-off.
