	title of this thread your message We ordered a $500 rug from www.hauswerks.com about 6 weeks ago, a woman named Janice received our order and promptly charged our credit card. We were told the rug would be delivered within 4-6 weeks. 7 weeks on, no rug, no phone call, no email, nothing. We tried contacting Janice at Hauswerks, but no one ever answers the phone or reply to our email. We are reporting this to our credit card company and are considering bringing charges against her if it does not get resolved soon.
