I don't know if you have a penchant for play on words or if you haven't done your your spellcheck lately. Your reply does open up for a very different kind angle on the discussion though, which I don't mind developing at all, for the sake of conversation.... Yukio MISHIMA did write "Confessions of a mask", but was he a MIASMA ? Perhaps he thought Japan and the world so badly designed that he didn't mind committing seppuku (ritual disembowelment) The story goes that his cadet(lover) Morita also tried to commit seppuku, but the sword was too blunt and the whole thing ended up, quite a messy affair. Well, talking of badly designed objects in critical situations.......
