Missed this Hans Wegner Papa Bear chair on craigslist....
I'll think twice next time I decide to go away for the weekend! Ouch....
Looks like someone nabbed the craiglist deal of a lifetime.

I have a large old fashion chair for sale.
Not an antique, but it's old and the tag says Danish made.
Although it's ugly, it is comfortable.
Has been taking up space in the garage for years so it need's some air.
Wife says it has to go.
Fifty dollars or best offer.

it was bullshit. the guy did it a few months back as well.
in fact , perhaps it is the author of this thread.
do a google image search of papa bear chair... you'll see it on some random blog from 2007.
the alarm bells went off immediately for me as he mentioned every cliche in the book... "old fashioned" "ugly" need space" wife says go"......
not sure why he (or she) would go through the effort and time to make the posting but what a total douchebag.
maybe the 34 celcius + humidity toronto heat is getting to them.

There was a different post several months ago for a Papa Bear chair, however it turned out to be a vintage knock-off.

Damn!!
The papa bear chair poster struck again this AM, this time in Chicago! I think he creating a panic, noone is going to believe another CL ad again and just give up looking, so he/she can keep all the papa bear chairs for him/herself!!! This is just too funny to get mad about. They really had me going, I actually feel honored having been (almost) scammed!
