Dear rozellglass
You must be a complete retard if you think that chair in dwell on page 96 and mine share any resemblance! my chair lacks arm rests, the base is removable from the leather cushion and so is the back. The back grain is horizontal and the chair in dwell is vertical. mine also does not have an upholstered back.

So either you are completely blind, stupid, or just enjoy making people waste their time driving to barnes & noble to look. My gf hates my furniture collecting and ignores it and even she could tell at first glance from memory that the chairs were not the same. so she asked...are you in need of glasses?

I appreciate the help but next time you say "positive" like you are an ID god think again so you dont look so foolish.

If anyone wants proof check out this months issue of dwell and see for your self. you tell me if they look alike because i only thought so when i squinted realllyyyy hard.

too Wayward

oh, dear..perhaps a little too wayward with your words? "you must be a complete retard if..." and you're asking for people to share their knowledge with you? Hope you can find someone to i.d. your chair as you may have just blown the 'common courtesy' fuse on this site.

Agreed
Way out of line towards somebody that was trying to help, even if they did (allegedly) get it wrong.

Dear rozellglass
yet again you must be blind if you think those chairs resemble one another at all. I to enjoy throwing out completely wrong ID's and wasting peoples time - makes me feel good about my self (not).

I find it sad that you had the magazine in front of you and were able to tell me the exact page number and yet you couldn't see that the chairs were no way similar...one appears to be a high back and the other cuts below your shoulder blades...

seriously and you think I am the idiot? I hope you are better at giving your customers advice and help or you might be seeking new employment in the near future ;)

Wayward
Correct or not, rozellglass responded in the only way civilized to such a bile filled response as yours, with humor. There is nothing you can say short of a sincere apology that won't have you dig your hole deeper. And as mentioned before by another poster,You are quickly eroding any desire one of us may have to help you in the future. A simple "huh, doesn't look the same to me" would have worked. You might have gotten further with your inquiry that way.

Wayward, to me, your chair looks strikingly similar to the one below. Clearly the same maker. There you go, problem solved. Now stop being so nasty and leave everybody alone.
