Good customer Service

Sometimes I have to contact producers of items to get parts for things that go missing or broken.

Often, it is a difficult process taking a great deal of time, and often less interest is from the producer because I am after a part rather than an entire item.

I'm giving Flos two thumbs up for taking care of a need for some tiny screws and an adjustment ring I needed. So often the experience is difficult, but in this case I couldn't imagine it could have been any easier if I ran the place myself.

It was parts for a couple of Arco Lamps by Flos that I have.

That's good
to hear. Superior work of any kind deserves praise -- and positive reinforcement.

The arm rest of my
Eames Alluminium Group chair was loose due to a lost screw... it's secondhand and from the 70's just one phone call to Vitra and they sent me by return of post six screws....I know it's no big deal...still a nice gesture in this fully gauranteed to the front door era..
cheers
Jim

Knoll
Knoll customer-support was very helpful when I contacted them with an identification issue. They even scanned a catalogue from the archive for me which helped to support my attribution towards a know-it-all ebayer.
