Legit vintage LCM?
With all the trickery that is going on with vintage furniture (see the eBay shenanigans thread), can anyone verify that this red LCM is legit? There is no label to worry about, but I want to make sure that it's in "all original" condition and that the back rest is correct (not DCM).

inconsistent wear ?
The back of the backrest looks odd. It was either cleaned and/or re-stained. Other than that the shockmounts, glides and frame are legit.
Not sure why tynellbuyer...
Not sure why tynellbuyer says its not an LCM?
In the comparison shots, you can clearly see it has the base/stance of an lcm.
Thanks for the feedback...
Thanks for the feedback everyone. I guess the finish might be the only thing in question. It does look unusually bright for a vintage example.
Sweet chair!
But I would be hesitant to let anyone ever sit on it, as I recently saw a solid looking vintage DCM splinter when a petite princess plopped her pint sized p... onto it. Does the wood get brittle with age?
Just a thought....
ps I really like the red finish on these.
(edited it to remove the word "puss".) I just couldn't use that word here. Thank you all for your understanding. Nothing to look at here. Carry on.
