cool or bad? or Just Bad. ID this 70's - 80's sofa
Purchased from a Beverly Hills 10,000 SQFT home. They had a lot of high end Italian Furniture from the 70's - 90's. Any idea who made this and value? Was thinking of recovering it with 2 fun color.

wow
that sure is borderline. Velour. Yummy. I think it is a product of it's time but not sure how it has aged. I betcha it's comfortable! How were you thinking of recovering it?

EDIT - If the upholstery is decent i would consider NOT recovering it. Those colors, that material. As I said, it is an almost perfect THING from that era and if you like THINGS from that era, I'd be tempted to leave it alone. It is what it is.

Don't recover.
It looks to be a very good example of its kind...and , upholstery wise..looks in decent enough shape. Plus the ivy wall covering looks very tasteful as a backdrop. And as usual..I have no idea of the manufacturer.

Carry on.
