The Glass Room - novel
Has anyone read it? What did you think? Finished it yesterday, there are a few clunky lines but it was interesting to get a different perspective on the house. It made me realise there is something horrifying about the room and not just its lack of ordinary psychological comforts, as if the lives of the of any one living there could never be up to standard.

But of course I still love it, especially in its recently refurbished state.

That coffee table is misplaced I'm sure.

Read the book last year-reall...
Read the book last year-really liked it. I've always enjoyed thinking of houses as quasi living/breathing organisms--Almost, with lives of their own. This book certainly reaffirmed that concept.
