Planning my next visit to Berlin
This time I'm making a point of (maybe) avoiding the colourful nightlife and intend to see the Interbau housing complex. The list of contributing architects is amazing, including: Aalto, Gropius and Niemeyer

staircase
That staircase is something else. Has anyone seen it in person? I'm assuming something like couldn't be constructed today (no railings, etc.).
