It seems very cheap, but the real one is way over my budget.

Why don't you buy the cheap one instead? Sure, it may not be the original one. But, at least it has the look of original Eero Aarnio Ball Chair. This site also has Eero Aarnio Ball Chair for sale. Check their price too.
