huh
Looks kinda junky to me, but I'd have fun digging through boxes for little hidden treasures. You never know.
Those are Plycraft lounge chairs & ottomans, by the way. Not Eames. You can tell by the style of the arm rests and the visible screw heads on the sides of the seat.

Looks like a junkyard!
Dang, I wish I could go but I'm stuck in California :D I love sifting through old boxes you never know what you will find. So much better than the over-priced estate sales around here.

as for the Columbus auction...
as for the Columbus auction --it's not going to be the "I'm gonna get a deal" mecca some of you think it is. Every dealer in the state (and probably surrounding states) will be there as well as every young kid with money (a mass email was sent out to all the Abercrombie designers). There's some great stuff there but a lot of it is not in perfect condition and some of the better pieces have already been sold out privately beforehand.

nope
no, just a polite forewarning that it's not going to be a giant deal fest. I'm still debating if I want to spend my day there and I only live 5 mins away from the auction.

I think the lucite tub chairs...
I think the lucite tub chairs by Vladamir Kagan in lot 448 are quite nice. The Patrick Caulfield serigraph in lot 583 I like too, it's a bit pop. There's plenty of Warhol, Albers and Calder also. I wonder what the provenance is of the Nimrod chair by Marc Newson (lot 340).
