Does anyone know who designed this 1950's Beech Chair
We bought this chair recently and wondered if anyone knew anything about it. It is very well made in what looks like solid beech and has a quality control tag which looks to be stamped 1955. There is also a half faded (typical ;) ) makers badge. The original fabric is a sort of waffle which has at some point been covered in a later mid century fabric. If anyone has any idea who designed/made his chair we'd be really grateful. Were in the UK. Thanks
