I have this desk with a round lock on the pedestal but on the website Knoll says that this desk does not have a lock and you can see it on the pictures thta there is none.
Does anyone know if there are copies of this desk and if they come with a lock. Otherwise someone could have added the lock afterwards.

There are loads of copies about, not seen any with locks though. Could well be an aftermarket modification. Post a pic if you can.
How to know then if it's a copy or not?
