I'm assuming old. The labels were put on by hand. I don't think they thought people would care about how straight the label was....

I think it's funny for a company that made precision furniture out of very high-cutting edge material... to have the labels placed so casually. Who knew that at some distant point in the future every aspect of each design would be discussed.
Visible Design
Because the underside of the eames or any other funiture was not really
visible to the observer I doubt that was even a concern.
Most of my funiture has all nature of graffiti on the bottom of the bases.

Wonderful collection indeed. Attempting to sell with the defensive and unappreciative approach you have is alienating. That comment was regarding your first post of this collection now deleted (no ads in forum).
argh
dude, just sell the damn furniture already.
this has been on craigslist numerous times, every dealer in the world knows about it and EVERYONE is over it. Pick a price or venue and just get rid of it . why are you flooding every venue with this stuff and not selling. crooked labels? precision furniture? this stuff was mass produced by minimum wage workers . nothing precision about it.
could you please sell and move on? it's furniture, not priceless treasure.
It's not an extra long unit, but simply an ESU 100 w sliding doors, standing next to a small 1-unit w drawers...
I didn't know this collection had been brought up before. It's really tiring to read through all posts from uneducated dealers and others who want to know what their stuff is worth, just to make a quick buck on ebay a few days later.
The internet messes with peoples expectations on how much their stuff is worth. They check 1st dibs prices and think they are sitting on a fortune. They don't have the experience to understand that a private seller is at the bottom of the food chain...
Simply consign your stuff to a good auction house and let the highest bidder enjoy these great pieces.
