model: arno 417, manufacturer: louis & carl arnold eisenmöbelfabrik-veb-stima / stendal / germany ca.1945-50, material: white laquered tubular steel and a red plywood seat. please click the pictures to enlarge. louis & carl arnold were the fabricator of severell bauhaus furnitures. in 1936 they delivered the aluminium furniture for the airship hindenburg.

The LC4 Chaise Longue, LeCorbusier’s "relaxing machine." I purchased this Cassina-made cowhide chaise from DWR 2 years ago, and due to a change in furniture taste I’m interested in finding it a new home.
It is in absolutely perfect condition having only been used less than a dozen times and it still has the Cassina hangtag attached to the underside of it. I’m asking $2,200 and I’m happy to deliver it as far as Philadelphia, (I live in Washington, DC). Brand new from DWR they are $3,210.00 + tax + shipping, so I’m hoping that my asking price indicates my interest in finding this piece a great home.

Fortuny Lamp by Pallucco of Italy: black steel base with black and white patterned shade, (1907 photographer’s model). The height can be adjusted and the shade roates on its axis.
I purchased this piece new about 18 months ago and was given a wonderful price on it which I’m happy to pass on to the next owner. It is in perfect condition without a scratch or blemish anywhere on it. Brand new nowadays they run $4,500 - $5,000 plus shipping and tax. Due to the fact that my tast in furniture has changed the piece no loger matches the rest of my furniture and I’m interested in finding it a good home. I’m asking $2,500 and I can deliver the piece as far as Philadelphia, (I live in Washington, DC).
