Sergio Carpani made his first steps into design just after completing his secondary school studies, we was already working with Marco Bellini in Milan at the early age of 18, a self taught designer whose talent has been evident from the start, in 1968 went on to work in the Gae Aulenti Studio. In the 70's he worked for many well known firms, such as Stilnovo, Saffa and Pentel. Some of his most recent creations are an original letter scale, designed for the Japanese company Wakita Hi-Tecs and two models of multiple Led torch lights for Verlamp.

It has the charm of a classic pen, but realised in technological materials. The surface of its aluminium body is treated in order to give a pleasurable feel to the touch. The anodisation treatment gives to the aluminium a particularly sober and yet youthful colour.

'Big Revolution' Pen

Bigger than the original Revolution pen, this is a fountain pen of great character. It can be used in two ways, either by extracting the fountain pen's core and using only this part to write, or by turning the fountain pen's core and repositioning it in the interior of the pen. In this second conformation the pen's core can be adjusted in order to personalize the writing comfort.

Rap and Roll's aluminium body is sanded and anodised, this gives it a nice texture, that is emphasized by its ergonomic rubber handle, particularly pleasurable to the touch. It is expressly conceived so as to be an extremely comfortable pen, robust and technically perfect.

Inspired by the tidal flow, Tide is a Needle Point refilled pen with gel ink and shaped for a comfortable ergonomic grip. Its body is worked from a solid block of aluminium; shaped and carefully anodised it is particularly pleasant to the touch.
