DESCRIPTION:
The company Slezàk, Bystice pod Hostynem, was one of the most important Czechoslovakian manufacturers of tubular steel furniture in the 1930s.
Being neighbours with one of the Thonet-Mundus factories, a lot of commercial cooperations were conclunded.
Robert Slezàk produced for example the Thonet licensed and Ceska named cantilever armchair B62 / B 64 designed by Marcel Breuer.
