D E S C R I P T I O N
Extremely rare original Bauhaus Blueprint + 3/4 Drawing Belgium 1933, signed by Antwerp Architect Marcel Seger of a country villa, very large sized original documents made with white and colour charcoals + pastels, drawing is 100 x 79 cm, blueprint with 3 views up and sides are 143 x 60 cm. both are framed in aluminum.
The condition is very good but since the material used was chalk and pastels portions of the sides views have faded, which is normal, otherwise no restauration has been made, the paper had some wrinkles and very small cuts along the edge, most of it is hardly noticeable since had them both professionally framed in aluminum.
