Johan Petter Johansson, large industrial lamp 'Triplex 5.0 M' for Triplex. Designed 1919. Produced 1930s/1940s. Enamel and grey painted metal, Bakelite. Marked with manufacturer's label. Johan Petter Johansson developed the original form of the 'Engländer' tool further and patented the design (11 May 1892, patent number SE4066). He registered another 100 patents, including the pipe wrench. The industrial lamp Triplex is also one of his most famous designs, which was important and influential with regard to other lamp designs. Dimensions L approx. 3.5 cm, lamp shade diameter: 25 cm. Traces of wear and age, paint abraded at places.
