Other Details: Ice Glass Chandelier by Equipe Fontana Arte. The chandelier has a single downlighter in the core and a number of bulbs around the top behind the chunky glass pieces.
Architect Gio Ponti founded Fontana Arte in 1932 as an artistic division of the Luigi Fontana glass firm and incorporated the Bottega di Pietro Chiesa. In 1933, Ponti appointed Chiesa the artistic director of Fontana Arte, and between them designed a number of products including lighting, furniture and table top items.
