Hello all.

I have a knoll settee that I have had for about ten years. I used to really be into MCM furniture but my interests have shifted to another hobby now. I just have a couple of questions since I can not find much info online.

What period is this sette from and what is the wood base made of? There is very little information on knoll sofas with a wood base like this but do see a few that are three seat sofa, not the settee type like mine. Seems to made of walnut or teak. I know the fabric is Cato.

I have attached pictures of the ID tag and the settee itself.

The 5 digit zip code dates it to post 1963, and the Knoll Associates name dates it to 1968 prior. So there is a 5 window. Narrow enough?

Looks like walnut.

Thanks Leif! That works for me. I didn't think to use the zip code. When I googled the address itself, nothing shows up except that some kind of meat market resides there now.

So what kind of meat market? Did you see my friend?

From what I see on Google maps, seems to be more of an industrial warehouse area. I am not from NY so I can't actually check it out.
