Hi, I have another dcm that I'd like your opinion on its wood species. It has almost no grain on it, making it look very clean. It has the dimpled shock mounts on the back and bottom.

I picked up this teak (I believe) Eames DCM. Most things look to be original except for the screws on the back. I noticed some numbers and letters on the bottom shock mounts.

I'm in the process of potentially buying an Eames walnut stool from someone. However, the owner sent me some pix explaining that on one side of the stool there a hairline split across the surface.

A small correction; I meant the arm rest on the chair on the right is an inch LOWER than the other.
